Delete your PrimeFlow Core account

You can request the complete deletion of your account and all personal data at any time. This process is irreversible and is completed within a maximum of 30 days.

1 How to request deletion

Send an email to our privacy address stating that you want to delete your PrimeFlow Core account. No password or justification is required.

  1. 1Open your email client and compose a new message.
  2. 2Address it to privacy@prime-flow-app.com.
  3. 3Use the subject: Account deletion request.
  4. 4Include the email address linked to your PrimeFlow Core account.
  5. 5You will receive a deletion confirmation within a maximum of 30 days.

2 Data that will be deleted

Upon processing your request, we permanently and irrecoverably delete all data associated with your account:

3 Data that is retained

PrimeFlow Core applies a full deletion policy: no personal data is retained once your request has been processed.

Note about subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have an active Premium plan, please cancel your subscription from the App Store or Google Play before requesting account deletion.

4 Response time

Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion has been completed.
