Delete your PrimeFlow Core™ account
You can request the complete deletion of your account and all personal data at any time. This process is irreversible and is completed within a maximum of 30 days.
1 How to request deletion
Send an email to our privacy address stating that you want to delete your PrimeFlow Core™ account. No password or justification is required.
- 1Open your email client and compose a new message.
- 2Address it to privacy@prime-flow-app.com.
- 3Use the subject: Account deletion request.
- 4Include the email address linked to your PrimeFlow Core™ account.
- 5You will receive a deletion confirmation within a maximum of 30 days.
2 Data that will be deleted
Upon processing your request, we permanently and irrecoverably delete all data associated with your account:

3 Data that is retained
PrimeFlow Core™ applies a full deletion policy: no personal data is retained once your request has been processed.

4 Response time
Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion has been completed.
